Home
Hickory Hills Association website has been created as a way to help the community stay better connected. On this site you will find information on what is happening in the neighborhood, who your board members are, as well as all of the important documents like the by-laws. There is also an area where you can provide feedback to the board through the "contact us" button. We want to make this community a wonderful place to live where we all know our neighbors, so please feel free to get involved.
DID YOU KNOW
Altering the outside appearance of your home, for example, adding a deck, fencing, pool addition to your home or any change on the outside, needs approval from the Architectural Director. At this time, it is Jim Tosconi, 921 Upland Ridge Dr. The architectural change form can be found on this website. Fill it out and submit it to Jim for evaluation and approval.
The city ordinance requires that garbage bins be stored out of public view except on designated collection days, which are on Tuesdays. Fort Wayne garbage bin ordinances require residents to place bins at the curb by 6:00 am on collection day, but no earlier than noon the day before. Containers must be removed by noon the day after pickup, and stored in the garage or at least 10 feet from the front edge of the house or out of view from the street. If your bins are currently visible from the street, please take a moment to move them to an appropriate storage location. Our goal is simply to help keep the neighborhood lookin its best and ensure we remain in compliance with the city regulations.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Hickory Hill Community Association is to enhance the livability of our neighborhood, to protect property values by monitoring and enforcing our restrictive covenants and to effectively and efficiently utilize membership dues to the benefit of all association members.
